Refer & Earn

Receive payment simply by referring qualified professionals to us. When you refer an accounting, finance, or IT professional who is successfully placed in one of our career opportunities, you become eligible for a referral fee as outlined below:

  • $1,000 – For Manager of Accounting/Finance/ IT Roles & Above (Includes All Supervisory Roles) 
  • $500 – For Senior Accountant/ IT & Senior Financial Analyst Positions & Below (Includes All Non-Supervisory Roles)

Referral fees are paid on the 90th day after the referred candidate’s start date, which aligns with the standard guarantee period we have with our clients.
